Many a times when there is an issue with an employee, people blame it on the employee and do not realize that their hiring process could be the root cause.It has been demonstrated by research, that even the best interview techniques; only provide a 50-60% (or lower) chance of hiring the right person for the job, or a person who will perform all required tasks according to the standards required.
