I totally believe in this. And employees should be treated as Customers, internal customers that is. So, the way we value our Customers should also be applied to the employees.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;In the Philippines, you seldom see companies with much passion to caring its employees. And those companies that succeed, it's more probable to say that they have satisfied employees.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Great post sir.
