I would also add enabling your customers to engage you on their terms and where they want to. This could include the phone, email, Twitter, Facebook, or elsewhere. This can add to the trust between you and your customer and more of the control is in their hands. In fact, this spells which organization will go for the long haul, and which one will eventually hit the floor.
