Determination, good planning, good market sensing (I would recommend Linda's blog for <A HREF="http://www.strategicmarketsegmentation.com/blog/" REL="nofollow">Strategic Market Segmentation</A> for excellent resources on the subject), and excellent small business management are just some of the necessary elements for entrepreneurial success.<BR/><BR/>@ erica<BR/><BR/>It's never easy as others would think.
